Lubrication Pinions
Gear rings can be found at e.g. tower cranes, constructions, wind power plants and special machines where they mostly lubricated manually- Procedure: The lubricant will float via the lubrication pump into the axis and further by a bore inside the lubricant pinion teeth's lubrication duct, which is interlocked with the gear ring. While this, all other lubrication pinions are not in contact with any lubrication. The lubricant, flowing out at the gear flanks, is pressed exactly into the gear flanks' contact areas and evenly distributed via the lubrication pinion's rolling motion. The even distribution of lubricant over the whole tooth width is carried out with plates made of cell rubber. The gears are made of metal, are therefore very durable and resistent to all lubricants and environmental influences. |
